Chef Jun

With over 14 years of experience in the art of Sushi making, Jun's work is not only delightful to taste but mesmerizes the eye as well.  His artistic talent exhilarates any empty plate, which he calls "a blank canvas ready to be brought to life".  

 

Jun is a first generation Japanese-American born and raised in a Japanese household.   He naturally developed a passion for Sushi from a very young age and learned his skills from his father who has been a Sushi chef for over 30 years.   

 

He is very outgoing and enjoys the company of people.  He likes to have conversations and loves the fact that his creations can bring a smile to people's faces.   

 

His goal in Sushi making is simple:  Enjoy and have a good time.
